Main program:

The Institute offers one year Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) both to the regular and external participants. PGDHRM Program GDHRM program is a prestigious post graduate diploma program offered to the fresh graduates and working persons who are willing to build up challenging career as a professional HR executive / manager. It aims at producing HR professionals with international standard to face managerial challenges.

The course is designed by incorporating latest changes in the related areas to keep pace with and to enable the participants to become a successful HR professional as well as leader in the organization. The Institute is actively thinking to start MBA program in HRM.

The Institute organises various short training courses, workshops and seminars on different areas of Management, HR Management, Labour Law  Industrial Relations etc.

Program Structure & Duration
           
The course is of total 1200 marks for regular participants. It is divided into three semesters of four months each. For external participants course divided into two parts. Course is consisting of twelve subjects, carrying 1000 marks, 100 marks each for viva-voce & Term Paper for regular participants, while 200 marks viva-voce for external participants.
