Special features of PGDHRM program
The special features of the course are:
- To acquaint the participants with the principles, techniques and methods of the modern HR Management theories & practices.
- To acquaint the participants with the latest Labour Laws and their applications.
- To acquaint the participants in handling the people at work for maintaining harmonious labour management relations in the organisation.
- To develop sound professional knowledge and skills in HR management.
Program Structure & Duration
The course is of total 1200 marks, Divided into three semesters of four months each. It is consisting of twelve subjects, carrying 1000 marks, 100 marks each for viva-voce & Term Paper for regular participants, 200 marks viva-voce for external participants.
